William “Billy” Scott Triplett, Grammy nominated Record Producer and Recording Engineer, age 56, passed away due to sudden heart complications at the Holiday Music Motel in Sturgeon Bay, WI where he was the resident sound engineer, music collaborator, and dear friend to all those who knew him. Billy’s departure was unexpected and is deeply mourned. The evening of September 22, there will be a celebration and tribute to the life of a great friend and colleague, but most of all an amazing, wonderful soul. Proceeds from the evening will be donated to The Jeremy Wilson Foundation which supports uninsured musicians and support personnel in the entertainment industry.
