Drinks • Food • Live Music • Interviews • Mischief $10-20 cover • no minimum Details at http://thelatenow.com/th1 Featuring BERGERETTE • PEPE RAPHAEL • THREE FOR SILVER A few discounted tickets available for our broke friends! Just ask for a code. When the galleries kick you out, hop over the river for drinks & snacks or dinner, and a whip-smart spectacle: live music, live TLN mischief, and live interviews with artists & performers who are happening that month. It all happens at din din, Portland's own French-leaning bistro & supper club, notable conscientiously sourced, ever delicious, always unpretentious fare. THE ASTOUNDING LINEUP: BERGERETTE - Our favorite 500-year-old French sex pop a cappella trio - Vivalas Vegas, Pat & Stella - serenade us really old-school, and cook up an unpredictable TLN-style interview. Pepe Raphael is beloved in Portland and beyond as the charismatic frontman of Pepe & The Bottle Blondes, an eclectic, Copacabana-style ensemble that channels the indulgence of '50s nightclub chic. ¡Que estupendo! MARIO DIAZ - Pepe is joined by brilliant Spanish/classical guitarist and vocalist Mario Diaz, a top prize-winning musician acclaimed throughout the US and Latin America who has worked with prominent guitarists such as Adam Holzman, Benjamin Verdery, Michael Partington and David Tannenbaum. Three for Silver - Encore appearance! We had such a blast last time that we can't not have them back! Headed by the multitalented Willo Niatres and Lucas Warford and featuring Pace Rubadeau (trumpet) and TLN veteran Charles Pike (drums), Three For Silver deliver richly woven rants, seductions and drunken ballads. Plus the new Experimental Mystery Monologue, the Kitchen Cam with chef Courtney Sproule, and the proverbial much, much more! http://www.facebook.com/events/1412491032301993/

It all happens at Din Din, Portland's own French-leaning bistro & supper club, notable conscientiously sourced, ever delicious, always unpretentious fare. THE ASTOUNDING LINEUP: HOLLY ANDRES - The acclaimed Portland photographer exhibits internationally and has work in magazines ranging from Artforum to The New York Times Magazine. CAITLIN MATHIS - The "charming" and "smashing" mezzo-soprano (per the critics and per us) leaves PDX shortly for NYC and the world, but first she treats us to electrifying polyglot cabaret here on TLN. THREE FOR SILVER - Headed by the multitalented Willo Sertain and Lucas Warford, Three For Silver deliver richly woven rants, seductions and drunken ballads, plus they'll join forces with Caitlin Mathes for some all-star polyglot cabaret. THREE TRICK PONY - We'll talk to the three artists behind this performance piece set to premiere at PICA's TBA Festival: LINDA AUSTIN, performer; DAVID ECKARD, sculptor; and DOUG THERIAULT, composer. HISTORY BEING MADE BEFORE A LIVE STUDIO AUDIENCE: This will be the historic first "taping" of The Late Now! Motion Picture Producer/Director Cassie Cohn will professionally shoot the show in glorious three-camera style, along with Derek Ecklund, sound, and Brian Jennings, lighting. It will be the first episode to be shown (shortly after) on the TLN youtube channel. http://www.facebook.com/events/157777221082751/
