Order tickets via Eventbrite: http://august2013cake-efbevent.eventbrite.com Ask Us Anything! How is this CAKE Study different? We're not going to lie... The month of August is a pretty hectic one for us. This is the month where we organize and host the International Float Conference in Portland, OR. A lot of work goes into planning and executing a conference with hundreds of attendees from dozens of countries. So for this month, we're not having a traditional CAKE Study. You're still invited to join us, but instead of hearing about the work we did with a business over the month, we've opened up the floor for you to ask us anything! SEND US YOUR QUESTIONS IN ADVANCE! You really don't have to, but if you want a well thought out answer or are just too shy to ask your question in public, this is your chance to remain anonymous. Send your questions to: cake@cakepdx.com Chances are we'll have an answer based on our own business experiences, but if you're able to stump us, we'll connect you with someone who can help. Why should you join us? If you can identify with any of the following scenarios, you should stop what you're doing and reserve yourself a seat for an upcoming CAKE: You have a great idea for a business. You have just started developing a business. You have a hobby you want to make money from. You own an existing business and are feeling overwhelmed. You're just a really awesome person who enjoys eating cake (the edible kind). Don't take our word for it, people really like us... "Since the first CAKE workshop that I attended, I've gone back as often as my schedule allows. The two hosts, as well as all the participants have great input and advice to offer, and they offer somewhat unconventional advice on how to start up a business with a more 'boot-strap' approach." -Grant Bernard (Blurble) "CAKE provides, not just vague conceptual pieces of inspirations, but tangible information in order for you to confidently and with ease take the next step to grow your business." -Akiko Oguchi (5th Season: Clothing Reborn) http://www.facebook.com/events/372962842831833/
