When: Tuesday April 8th- 6-9pm Where: p:ear (338 NW 6th Ave) from 6-7:30 Hosts: Cameron Whitten Jenny Logan Khalil Edwards Nathan Howard Victoria Dinu Beth Crane **open to the public, all are invited to attend** To donate, visit equityfoundation.org You're Invited! Join us to remember the best (and worst) moments we've shared during my 22nd year on this earth- it's also an opportunity to invest in the future of the community that we know and love. I know many of you share the same sentiment I have; activism brings a fulfillment to our lives that can't be substituted. In lieu of traditional birthday 'gifts', I'm asking that you continue to support this critical moment for Oregon's Freedom to Marry moment in 2014. I'm asking if I can count on you to make a suggested $25 gift to my birthday designee, Equity Foundation. Equity Foundation believes our communities should be safe for LGBTQ individuals and that sexual orientation and gender identity should not be the basis for social alienation or legal discrimination. Equity lives this vision by granting to non-profits that provide services that protect LBGTQ Youth; provide those living HIV/AIDS stable housing and support services; advance Transgender justice; produce art as a tool for social change, and advocate for marriage equality. Drinks and light snacks will be provided at p:ear, from 6-7:30pm. If you can't make it then, please join us for food and drinks later at Hobo's at 7:30. (120 NW 3rd Ave) Please email me at cameron.s.whitten@gmail to RSVP. Please invite at least 3 other friends, and spread the love around! Stay Healthy, cameron. http://www.facebook.com/events/695942793782010/
