This experiential course explores community-building and self-defense through the lens of the four karmas (pacifying, enriching, magnetizing, and destroying). The two-day workshop features: • mindfulness-awareness practices • nervous system regulation • early detection and evasion skills • streetwise self-defense • group discussion and games Offered in a relaxed and safe setting, this class is available to all, particularly those who may feel targeted or endangered in today’s political climate. Instructors Vajra Granelli and Robert Lee are known for their spontaneous, fun, and engaging style of teaching and facilitation.
