The International Center for Traditional Childbearing is hosting the 5th Annual Afrocentric Pregnancy and Baby Care Fair. Every year ICTC hosts this event to celebrate Black families and pregnancy, while also offering resources to reduce infant and maternal mortality. New families, pregnant moms, community members, Doulas and Midwives come together to build nurturing and long-lasting relationships to support healthy pregnancy and positive well-being for the overall community. This is a free family event for all. Attendees can participate in activities such as free lead testing, face painting, dancing, and free massages. Meet and connect with doulas and midwives. The event workshops such as Lead Poisoning Prevention, Role of the Doula, the Parenting Circle, Birth Ball Demos, and more will be hosted by health educators and ICTC Full Circle Doulas. Have some fun and learn some tips for healthy pregnancies and an overall healthy lifestyle. https://ictcmidwives.org/events/5th-annual-afrocentric-pregnancy-and-baby-care-fair/
