The mission of the Montavilla Jazz Festival is to support and strengthen local music culture and to enrich our community by showcasing the best of Portland's originally composed, progressive jazz. Montavilla Jazz Festival is a project of the Montavilla Neighborhood Association, which receives fiscal sponsorship from Southeast Uplift, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. General admission day passes are available for purchase only at the box office during festival hours on both days. Passes are $10-$25 on a sliding scale. The Original Practice Shakespeare Festival (OPS Fest), a non-profit theatre company that performs outdoor summer Shakespeare in and around the Portland area, is proud to present its second annual Holiday-themed, kid-friendly Midwinter ​A Midsommer Nights Dreame​. See Oberon and Titania battle it out as Mr. and Mrs. Claus! Enjoy the sneakiest elf of all making mischief! Like all of our shows, this one is free. Unlike most of our shows, this one is indoors.
